Hello Europe!


Live from Leiden (Holland), the Public Relations European School is reporting! An interesting cocktail of cultures and personalities is now shaking up the town and having the time of their lives!
The 20 participants came from all over Europe: Germany, Turkey, Romania, Italy, Russia, Slovenia, Belgium, Macedonia, Hungary and of course Holland. Moreover, our lovely team of trainers is a cultural mix itself: Hilde from Holland, Ramon from Spain and Anita, Network Director of AEGEE -Europe.

Even though some of us were tired after a long journey, there was still a lot of interest in the city tour and lots of enthusiasm for the introduction games. Like a true AEGEE event the ice breaking games brought together 20 strangers from different cultures. We dare say beautiful friendships will emerge here and, who knows, some ... more? :) The sleeping bags might not keep one warm enough during the cold nights of Leiden :)

And what better way to start a typical Dutch week than with Chinese take-out food? The dinner was an assurance that the happy hour from Odessa won't get us dizzy... too fast :) Even though this precaution was taken, some people – who shall not be named :P– ended the night dancing on the tables! The local organizers sure know where to party in Leiden.
PRES is not just fun and games, so we can't wait for this week's workshops which start very early (8 am) for us, party animals :)
